Technology difference

AP30 versus ultrasonic systems

AP30 versus ultrasonic fogging
CRF3 and CRF6 generate fog with ultrasonic water-based technology. AP30 uses a self-pressurized liquid-nitrogen platform. The technologies should not be treated as interchangeable simply because both create visible fog.
Choose the procedure first
If an established SOP, facility practice or customer requirement specifies the working fluid, that constraint can decide the platform before output or portability is considered.
Plan operating logistics
LN₂ handling requires appropriate facility controls, trained personnel and a reviewed operating procedure. GSE does not replace the buyer’s EHS or quality review; the RFQ should identify any required accessories, documentation and training scope.
Delivery path still matters
Self-pressurization can support fog delivery, but geometry, pressure and hose configuration remain part of the application. Send the route rather than assuming any distance or enclosure can be served without review.
