Scientific Equipment Source Evaluation Scorecard
Weight the evidence that controls a sourcing decision instead of allowing the lowest total price or strongest brand name to dominate the award.
Score one proposed source or quotation
Set the importance weight and evidence score for each criterion. The model calculates a weighted readiness score and separately reports critical red flags. A high total does not erase a failed mandatory requirement.

The result will appear here. A score is not an award recommendation.
How to interpret the result
80–100: evidence is relatively mature, but critical red flags still require closure. 60–79: potentially viable, with material evidence or commercial gaps. Below 60: do not treat the source as award-ready. The model is intentionally conservative: a failed mandatory requirement remains visible even when other criteria score well.
Use the summary in a sourcing review, deviation matrix or RFQ clarification. Do not send supplier-confidential pricing or personal data into the browser tool. The calculation runs in your browser and the entered scoring values are not used for site analytics.
