Fields marked as required establish the minimum commercial and application context. Attach a data sheet, drawing, scope, protocol excerpt or incumbent specification when it will reduce ambiguity.
Exact model
Send manufacturer, part/model number, configuration, quantity and destination.
Performance requirement
Describe the application, acceptance criteria, environment and records required.
Replacement or equivalent
Attach the incumbent data sheet and mark the features that must not change.
Buying and specification questions
Answers are intentionally scoped to the purchasing decision. Final engineering details, configuration, price and lead time are confirmed in the quotation and manufacturer documentation.
Can I submit an RFQ without knowing the model?
Yes. Describe the application, required outcome, mandatory constraints, documentation, quantity, destination and timing.
Can I attach a specification or drawing?
Yes. The form accepts common document, spreadsheet and image formats within the configured upload limit.
Will the website price or availability be treated as final?
No. GSE confirms current configuration, commercial terms, availability and lead time in the formal quotation.
Can I request an equivalent to an existing product?
Yes. Attach the incumbent data sheet and identify the acceptance criteria an alternate must satisfy.
Build the requirement first
Use a selector or the RFQ builder to expose missing fields. The browser will carry the non-personal technical summary back to this form.
Attach the comparison basis
Include the incumbent product, comparison matrix, mandatory fields and approved deviations.
Manufacturer preference is useful—but not enough
Include the application, configuration, documents, destination and required date so GSE can verify the correct model and eligible sales channel.
What happens after you submit
Your request is reviewed and directed to the appropriate technical team. The written quotation confirms the proposed configuration and commercial details.
